This scheduling application has its own clock. This is to make changes easier for those who make alterations to the instructor schedule. With this in mind, please note the following: 1) The instructor schedule for the upcoming week can only be created after 11 p.m. on Sunday; 2) The current week schedule may by edited at any time; 3) Old instructor schedules are automatically deleted at the end of the week (Mon-Sun, not Sun-Sat) or Sunday after 3 p.m.

For example, from Sunday after 3 p.m. - 11 p.m., only the current instructor schedule is displayed and may be edited. During the other time interval, both current instructor schedule and the following week instructor schedule are displayed and may be edited.
