A step class with creative choreography at a high
intensity. Designed to get your heart rate up and keep it
at a steady pace for the duration of the class.
Step intervals that vary in intensity and maintain simple
choreography.
This class combines simple step interval patterns with weight
lifting segments. This combination brings the cardio benefits
to a "Definition" class.

The Fitness Club offers over 50 classes a week
taught by certified and experienced instructors. Our instructors
are certified by the American Aerobic and Fitness Association,
the American Council on Exercise, Johnny G., and many other
associations. Some of our staff members have competed nationally
in aerobics as well as trained and certified other instructors
all over the country. The Fitness Club instructors help set the club
apart from all the others in the Salt Lake Valley.
This class will increase strength, balance and flexibility
while learning relaxation techniques.
This weight lifting/toning class is designed to improve muscular
endurance and definition.
A 45 minute strength class that uses the Resist'a'Ball (Stability
Ball) to trim and tone your entire body while increasing your
"Core" strength.
A low impact workout with light hand weights. Easy to follow,
intense, and effective.
An interval cycling class with speed work, hills, and sprinting.
Consisting of aerobic sets working between 65-92% of maximum
heart rate. This workout burns both fat and carbohydrates.
The difficulty of this class can be modified by the individual,
allowing everybody to participate.
