Welcome to BodyTech Foothill's Cycling Program, an indoor workout created for a wide range of fitness needs. The class will all participants to reach their full fitness potential. Cycling is an intense, cardiovascular workout that requires imagination, determination and perseverance. It can be used solely for cardiovascular training and fat burning, or with other aerobic classes and outdoor activities as a cross-training tool. Whatever your personal goals may be, the Cycling program at BodyTech can help you achieve them.

BodyTech cycling classes are taught in Spin City, a studio designed for and dedicated to our cycling program. Spin City includes the NEW Johnny G. Schwinn elite bikes, a special sound system with sound-insulated walls, special lighting, dedicated cooling and efficient air exchange.
